**CANCELLATION POLICY**

We operate a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your lesson, a full 24 hours notice is required.

Any lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be credited back to your EC Pro account for use at a later date.

If you need to cancel a lesson, you should do this via your online EC Pro account. If you cancel your lesson, with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive a credit.
